I took the first ten days of the month off, as I really needed to, so this was the next 21 days of activity. Proud. Very proud. Love my numbers this month, especially because I know I am running multiple times per week now, with no knee or IT band pain.
Most importantly? I am running HAPPY. Let’s keep this thing going!
