Not too bad for taking a full 7 days off in the middle of the month. I felt fitter, stronger and healthier overall in November, partly due to the renewed inhaler treatment, partly due to that desperately needed rest. I am now right back to 4-5 days running and 3-4 days of strength work per week and I’m feeling good. May December be all the better!
