Need more hiking. Yep. And the running should have been another 10 today, but alas, being iced in put the cap on that.
Another great month, though. No twinge of pain or injury, still training smart and strong, and enjoying the ride for all it’s worth. As my friend trijosietri always says: Thank you, lungs. Thank you, legs!
