Love the numbers across the board, especially given that I took six days off in the middle of the month. Still need way more hiking, and not just for physical health. 🙂
But March was up and down. I had recurring lower back/sciatic pain (still lingering), and various moments of knee pain, arch pain, and shin pain. It all made an appearance this month. It wasn’t all due to running – major kitchen projects and that outdoor archery event contributed – but I have to stay on top of my strength and stretching work, too. I let that lapse too much the last four weeks. Gotta keep after that.
